Return & Exchange Guidelines
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
- Original Packaging: Please include all original packaging and labels
- Proof of Purchase: Order confirmation or receipt required
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
To ensure hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned:
- Hats (for hygiene reasons)
- Final Sale Items from our $10 Summer Steals collection
- Intimate Apparel (unless defective)
- Items without original tags or packaging
Easy 4-Step Return Process
Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 24-48 hours, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please do not send items without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package your items including:
- Items in original condition with tags
- Original packaging
- Copy of your order confirmation
- Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the package

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:

- Notification: You’ll receive email confirmation at each step
